Dates for Diary

We are delighted to announce that we have finally got a date for the school Communion /Confirmation which will be taking place on the 14th May 2022 . It will be organised in line with Public Health Guidelines at the time, more information to follow closer to the date.  

As you will all be aware, there is a Public Holiday on the 18th March. As the school was due to be closed on that day as part of our school calendar, there will be a further closure for one day on Wednesday 23rd February extending the half-term break.

We also have some further dates for the diary:

  • Safer Internet Day (Seniors) 8th February
  • Wellbeing Week 14th-18th February
  • Autism Day Friday April 1st
  • Friendship Week 4th-8th April
  • Active Week 20th-24th June

Transport Scheme Review

The Department is in the process of conducting a review of the School Transport Scheme. As part of the review they are conducting a stakeholder engagement process with parents/guardians, children/students, the education partners and other relevant stakeholders. Parents and guardians are being invited to complete a survey, which is accessible at

Balance Due

The balance of €60 for materials and photocopying is now due. This payment is in lieu of an equipment/book list and allows us to personalize materials for each child. All monies should be enclosed in an envelope with the child’s name clearly marked

School Website

We are at the developmental stages of a school website, which is aimed at sharing information with parents and the wider community, and showcasing the work that the children and staff do. Please fill in the permission slip enclosed to give permission for photos of your child to be used (without name)

Anti-Bullying Policy

Please find enclosed the notification of the annual review of the Anti-Bullying Policy which will form part of the school plan located in reception.
